Established in June 2010, Shenzhen Cobber Information Technology Co., Ltd. is developed from Shenzhen Cobber Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Its purpose is to focus all the energy on the development, production and sales of face recognition technology and products. Meanwhile, to facilitate the long-term development of the company and motivate the enthusiasm and initiative of core personnel, the company has re-adjusted the shareholder structure to increase the proportion of shares held by core personnel.
Since 2004, Cobber has invested heavily and set up joint laboratories with well-known universities, devoted to the research of face recognition technology, made significant progress on the research and algorithm of face recognition technology, and has formed the face recognition technology with independent intellectual property rights. From 2007, the company started product application research, has launched various products such as single door access control, network access control, intelligent monitoring and automatic alarm system in complex small area and access control systems for large venues, and is dedicated to launching more products.
