1、 1. The company provides thirteen months free maintenance warranty for the X-Face face recognition products from the date of delivery.

2. Within the warranty period, the company will assume the warranty liability for the products distributed by dealers; however, if the damage is caused by misoperation, assembly, storage or handling by the dealer or any third party, the company will try to repair and charge appropriately.

3. For any hardware failures and software problems (other than man-made damage) due to product quality problems, the company will provide a replacement within three months.

4. The dealers must provide and implement the after-sales service policy of the company, and shouldn’t harm the interests of customers and damage to the company's image for any reason and an excuse; the dealers have the obligation to help the company complete the maintenance or replacement service.

5. If the product warranty has expired or the damage is caused by any reason other than the company, we will charge for the maintenance and service, and the product freight is assumed by the dealer; the specific charges will be stated separately. |
